We service out of pocket clients/members with the following payment options:
  • Make a payment prior to your session.
  • Automatic payment installments which is an after-pay option
  • FSA/HSA account cards through your insurer are accepted. Please check with your employer/benefit representative to ensure that your FSA/HSA account will cover “psych”, “behavioral”, and/or “mental health” sessions.

Pricing is discussed in consultation.

Yes! We are proud partners with Above it All Mental Health Program located in Baltimore, MD. This practice offers access including but not limited to virtual & onsite therapy, a wellness psychiatrist, case managers in the psychiatric rehabilitation program (PRP), and substance abuse services. Yes, M.O.T.M. Vaultage® facilitates a 15-30 min phone consultation for a one – time fee of $25.00. When scheduling for a consultation, please state in the comment section “Consultation”. As this is a consultation, there is no pre-paperwork that is required – just your availability and positive energy! Please click here to proceed with further instructions. M.O.T.M. Vaultage® sessions are exclusively conducted virtually on our Telehealth platform.

Please utilize the Therapy Portal link in your “Welcome Email” that was sent to your existing email address. Read and Follow the instructions to request your appointment.  This is your personal Client Portal where you can manage your own appointments, receive documents, and more!

Great question! Some parameters to keep in mind is (1) Only logged in clients will be able to manage appointments, and more through their Client Portal (2) Appointments are sent as request. The therapist will either approve or deny. If denied, you will be contacted with alternative dates. (3) Appointments scheduled back to back on the same day will NOT be approved by the therapist. (4) Clients will not be able to schedule appointments more then 2 months in advance.

The process takes at the most 72 business hours (3 days) – this is inclusive of eligibility verification, and more. However, if there is a matter that hinders this turnaround time frame, an M.O.T.M. representative will correspond with you via email or phone.
